It s not big but gave us the impression that it s a big hotel brand. Staff is very friendly. Room is set up for us as honeymooner. The staff is very friendly, the location is just out of the centre which make is very quit in the night time, the river is located behind the splendid garden. Realy nice , new, and clean hotel. I got an upgread to the Elephant suite, bcs of renovation works on SPA, I even got a free massage at the end. Congratulations, to the owners/ I had a great time. Free internet is also a big +. Only minus point is :that I had to pay 500 bath the last day for already used ( by myself ) slippers. For a high class hotel like yours, should that little item be included !!!That 500 bath was just over the line...The shower on the swimming pool give also only cold water...It should be nice to take a warm shower after swimming....But for the rest I can only say and dream that where ever I will travel in future, I can have a hotel like Arun Tara !
