The room is the same as shown in the picture, very clean and prettily decorated in Thai theme. We were welcomed by the check-in staff, and he helped us with the luggage. There is a very cute pool on the rooftop as well. It s in a great location with Bo Phut pier within 5 minutes walk. The manager, Noi, is very nice. She upgraded my room to an ocean view. They took good care of me - making sure I was ok and booked my ferry ticket for me. The owners are not very friendly. I am not sure if they speak much outside of French. They seem to talk a lot to the French speaking folks. The hotel is for sale so they may be burt out. You will need a motor bike since the beaches near the hotel are not very nice.
