The staff on the resturang was very gently and nice. Repair men fixed the shower hose, but no hot water. We tried to leave the resort earlier, but we had paid 10 days in advance, and the resort owner wouldn t refund ANYTHING if we had left earlier than planned. We were travelling with our 8 month old baby so the hot water is a MUST, but no. And the manager lady was really rude, no refund even we tried to explain to her that with little child you need at least a working bathroom.Way too expensive for the quality they offer. I don t recommend to use this resort!
