No elevator and small stairs, so having a room on the fourth floor is exercise if you go out often. Close to the beach, but you have to walk along a smelly sewer canal to get there. No breakfast included in the price, but many restaurants with breakfast close by. If you don t like traffic noise, you don t want a room with balcony facing the street.
