Staff mostly friendly apart the two ladies at reception. During my stay they have had often problems with internet connection. Good signal. The guesthouse is more for backpackers on a budget. I stayed in the Lanna (more expensive room) but really was glad the next day to move to another hotel that we found cheaper, cleaner, bigger, flat screen TV, & wifi. A/c worked fine but paint chipping on the walls & ceilings were a real turn-off. Desk people were nice enough. The shower was directly where you would have to stand for the sink - no room at all. No closets to hang clothes and no desk or table for computer. I had to go downstairs to use A TABLE IN THE LOBBY. Basically, I would not recomment this place.
