Thailand is wonderful, Thai people is wonderful, Patong is not a nice place but this hotel make it worst.Avoid it as long as you can. Hotel is decently clean too. The room s safe is reliable too (at least when we were there). There is this friendly chinese-thai aunty every nite greeting us everytime when we re back to the hotel.
