My experience is there was some noise (high pitch) from the air-conditoner in my room from 2 a.m.,so i request to change to antoher room on next day, but the staff prefer to sent an engineer to fix it,however, the sound come back after the engineer left, then i request to change to another room again, but they said they would ask the engineer to standby during night time instead of changing my room. It seems not reasonable because I don t want to bear the chance to wake up again during night time. They finally change my room but I need to request 3 times and wait for 4 hours.
