Staff are friendly and helpsom and there is everything you need in the apartments. The breakfast restaurant can be a bit crowded but the buffet is good. Both Skytrain and Metro station (Asok) is in walkingdistance from Somerset so downtown Bangkok is only 15-20 minutes away.
