No elevators, a problem if you have large bags, fortunately the people there helped carried the luggage. Rooms are large and comfortable. One of the toilet drainage can be improved. Air-con works fine, location opposite a small departmental store, with several massage area, travel guide, and very near to Wang Come Hotel. Good for young and middle-age but if you are elderly, be worry about climbing the stairs. Overall it is ok.
