My daughter fell in love with the few cats there and she was very sad to leave. Owners assisted us with some legal documentation that needed to be scanned and printed which were were very grateful for. Will be staying again.If you want to just relax and have no hussle and bussle. This will be a good place to unwind. The pool is the best ever. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. They did not help with the luggages, they did not explain anything about hotel (diner, breakfast time...), no information about taxi (we needed a taxi for the next morning early time, to reach the pier in Maenam)... We have never seen such a surprising way of welcoming customers! So, when we arrived to the dining room (10 minutes after our arrival at the hotel) everything was closed... We tried to call but nobody answered...Fortunately, we met someone outside who arranged transportation for the next morning! But, we did not have any diner and no breakfast the next morning... It is very very strange as Thai service is well-known to be very good!
