"The staff were very nice, polite and couldn t have been more helpful. The room was clean and fairly OK with international TV channels, although very dated interiors including the EURO 2008 special edition can of Coca Cola in the fridge? Facilities were good with a pool, gym, spa, Karaoke and Coffee shop/restaurant/entertainment venue. The Thai food and section of drinks at the coffee shop was good and reasonably priced, however the free American breakfast was not good at all? Cold eggs, overcooked cold ham and cold tinned hot dog sausages? I only turned up for breakfast the once! "Pleasant clean room, cleaned daily. Delightful large pool in garden setting. Breakfast barely acceptable. I would not eat an evening meal here! Good food hall & Chinese restaurant nearby in Tesco complex 10mins walk towards Nan. Major problem is that the hotel is way out of Nan on highway south of the city, at least 2km further out than the bus station. The map on the hotel website is VERY misleading! as it indicates that the hotel is near the police station. In fact it is at least 3km away! Transport into Nan is possible via public bus in the mornings but no return bus seems to exist. Tuk tuk & sangthew transport was very expensive back to hotel. No complimentary transport to bus station. I would not stay here in future. "Rooms are tiny and filthy the deluxe is a joke not at all what I expected so small that there is no room to move the location is good near markets shops. The restaurant is terrible the food was old and stale we complained and were told just to pay. So the service was really poor " |
