"Reception manned by 3 giggling girls who, not having one word of english, resorted to giggling behind their hands at every question. Having paid in advance by credit card it was swiped again as they did not understand. Carpet on corridor leading to room 526 is worn, dirty and in parts torn. Room has dirty carpet, exceptionally noisy air conditioner. We had to choose between leaving on the air conditioner to try and drown out the loud boom boom music coming from somewhere inside the hotel.There had been a leak in the bathroom, and walls in the room generally could be cleaned up or painted. Breakfast was good, service was good, served in dark area leading to main night entertainment area. First room(617) b/side light did not work and could not be fixed till next day.Shower/bath flooded over bathroom floor and no hotwater..They upgraded me to another room. Still no hot water.
